Is Doctor Horror's Arrest an End to Organ Trade in India

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/I_am_innocent_claims_kidney_racket_kingpin/articleshow/2766535.cms

Did the arrest of Harshad Mehta put an end to scams in the share market? Did the arrest of Shahabuddin and Pappu Yadav prevent other politicians from committing crimes? Has the reporting of corruption cases against Laloo Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi, Pandit Sukhram restrain others from abusing their official positions similarly? The media exposure of Mayawati's annual income having risen to rupees sixty crores will only spur other politicians to replicate her performance. The problem lies elsewhere. The putrid law and order machinery in the country has always encouraged criminals and politicians to get away with anything. As long as the agencies responsible for maitaining law and order continue to be ineffective, politicians and criminals like Doctor Santosh Raut alias Amit Kumar will continue to plague the Indian society.
